Foxy Retail Recruitment is a specialist agency for fashion recruitment specialists focused on fashion and retail hiring services across the UK and Italy. We were built on a simple idea: retailers deserve a recruitment partner who understands their world, speaks plainly, and takes responsibility for the result.
Why Foxy came about
Foxy started with relationships. Over the years, retailers knew me by name but not always who I worked for, and they had a direct line to me whenever they needed someone. That trust is what Foxy is built on. It’s a business where you deal with a real specialist who knows your brand, not a call center or a rotating account manager.
How we work
We’re headhunt-led. Rather than advertise and forward whatever lands in the inbox, we go and find the people who aren’t actively looking but are exactly right for the role. Many of the best retail hires in the fashion industry are never on a job board, and that’s where we spend our time.

Hi, I’m Fran. After 20+ years in recruitment, including over 15 years focusing on fashion recruitment specialists and working with retailers at some of the world’s largest agencies, I launched Foxy to operate the way I always wanted: directly with clients, removing any layers in between. I’m personally involved in every partnership, so when you engage our retail hiring services, you work directly with me.
